Subaru enthusiasts – Mark your calendars!
Join fellow Subaru owners on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at the 1st All Subaru Meet at Orange County Choppers (of TLC’s American Chopper) for a look at some of the best Subarus, opportunities to win raffle prizes, music, food, tours of the Orange County Choppers shop and retail store featuring custom built choppers featured on American Chopper.
TERMS of AGREEMENT
The All Subaru Meet will go on rain or shine. Should you register and purchase item(s) but not attend the event a request for refund must be requested by email to admin@occsubarumeet.com by September 4, 2009. To participate in the raffle, individuals who have purchased tickets must be present to be eligible for prizes. If unable to attend, you may request a refund by the deadline; you will not be eligible to compete in the raffle if not physically present. All funds thereafter will be donated to the ASPCA. No exceptions.
By registering to attend the All Subaru Meet, you (and those individuals you are registering for) acknowledge and confirm that the hosts of the event, venue owners, event staff volunteers are not held liable for harm or injuiry sustained on site in the time leading up to, during and after the Meet. Hosts and venue owners are not responsible for damaged incurred on persons attending or vehicles within, parked or entering/exiting the OCC premises. Attendance is at one's own risk. Hosts, staff and site owners are not to be held liable for personal and/or property damage. Please do not leave vehicles or small children unattended. Event staff, hosts and owners of the venue reserve the right to refuse admittance without reason. Any individual deemed by event staff to be disruptive or not compliant with the rules of the event or site location will be refused admittance to the event and associated activities; these individuals will be removed from the venue. Excessive noise, music, drugs, alcohol, nudity, animals, public indecency, burn outs, unsafe activities are grounds for refusal for admittance or ejection from the event. Ejection from the event will result in a total loss of raffle ticket(s) and items purchased. Funds paid by ejected individuals will not be refunded and shall be donated to the ASPCA.By registering your name and others, you agree on behalf of others to respect the premises, neighboring businesses, public roads and personal properties of attendees, staff and others. You agree to the terms outlined above (and those not currently included but added as addendums to these terms at the time of registration).
Data collected from registration will be used exclusively to contact attendees regarding the All Subaru Meet at OCC.
